Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Sarah Dukler, M.S., CSCS — strength coach, educator, and unapologetic physiology nerd.
I’ve spent the last decade helping people get stronger, move better, and train smarter—not just making them tired. With a master’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology and years of hands-on coaching, I bridge the gap between exercise science and real-world results.
I’ve been an athlete in many forms—competitive powerlifter, competitive skier, cyclist, and rower—and I know how transformative it feels to train for something you actually enjoy. That’s what I want for you. Whether you’re looking to build confidence under a barbell, figure out how to come back to your body postpartum, gain strength for your sport, or just try start strength training since the New York Times said it was good for you, I’m here to help you do it with intention and clarity.
My coaching philosophy is simple: strength is a skill. It’s not about chasing the newest workout every week—it’s about practicing the basics, over and over, until they become second nature. Mastery comes from repetition, not randomness.
No fluff. No fads. Just progressive, research-informed training built around you.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me cycling, skiing, or curled up with my two cats reading a fun fantasy novel.
